What is a Virtual Office?

Do I get voicemail with the system?

Voicemail is a significant feature with the system for both auto attendant and live receptionist services. All plans include one or more voicemail boxes. You may request additional voicemail boxes for yourself, an employee or coworker.

How many phone numbers can I forward my calls to?

Conceptually you could forward your calls to a huge number of phone numbers.  But why would you want to do that?  It is no problem and a great idea to forward your calls to one or more phone numbers, such as business land line, mobile phone, or home land line.

What is Find Me Follow Me service?

Using the one phone number we provide to you, our services will connect your callers to you wherever you are.  All you need to do is provide us with the appropriate phone number and when you want to be reached at that particular number.  Your caller only needs to know the primary number and we do the rest.  This feature is included in all receptionist services, auto attendant and live receptionist.

Can I cancel my service whenever I want?

Yes you may cancel your service whenever you want. Our offered plans do not require long term contracts.  We ask that you cancel prior to the last period of your service.  This will avoid any charges to your credit card.  But of course, if we need to we will gladly refund any inappropriate charges.

What does it cost to use Eos Receptionist Services?

Our Receptionist Services are full of features and very economical.  The plans offer fixed monthly fees and provide a fixed amount of usage.  Any usage in excess of the fixed amount gets billed on a per minute basis.  But we don't like doing that as much as you don't.  If you find you are using more (or less) minutes than is available in the plan you have chosen we will change your plan.  Just ask.  The pricing for our plans can be found on the auto attendant pricing page and the live receptionist pricing page.
